By creating an account or using Dablo's services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. User Accounts

2.1 Account Creation

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2.2 Account Types

• Students: Can browse and book workshops
• Instructors: Can create and manage workshops
• Studios: Can manage multiple instructors and workshops

2.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

3. Booking and Payments

3.1 Booking Process

When you book a workshop, you enter into a direct agreement with the instructor or studio. Dablo acts as a platform facilitating this connection.

3.2 Payment Terms

• All payments must be made through approved payment methods via Razorpay
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST
• Platform fees and GST will be clearly displayed before payment
• Payment confirmation is sent via email and SMS

3.3 Early Bird Pricing

Some workshops offer early bird discounts for bookings made 14+ days in advance. These discounts are at the discretion of the instructor.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1 Student Cancellations

All bookings are final. Cancellations and refunds are not available for students at this time.

4.2 Instructor/Studio Cancellations

If an instructor or studio cancels a workshop, all enrolled students receive a full refund within 5-7 business days.

4.3 Refund Processing

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

5. Instructor Responsibilities

• Provide accurate workshop information including title, description, requirements, and pricing
• Maintain professional conduct and deliver workshops as described
• Respond to student inquiries in a timely manner
• Notify students promptly if a workshop needs to be cancelled or rescheduled
• Ensure all necessary permits, licenses, and insurance are in place

6. Student Responsibilities

• Arrive on time and come prepared as per workshop requirements
• Treat instructors, venues, and fellow students with respect
• Follow safety guidelines and instructions provided by instructors
• Provide honest and fair reviews after attending workshops

7. Content and Reviews

7.1 User-Generated Content

By posting reviews, comments, or other content, you grant Dablo a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute this content on our platform.

7.2 Prohibited Content

Content must not be offensive, defamatory, fraudulent, or violate any laws. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Dablo, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Dablo or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

Dablo acts as a platform connecting students with instructors. We are not liable for:

• The quality, safety, or legality of workshops
• Injuries or damages occurring during workshops
• Disputes between students and instructors
• Technical issues, service interruptions, or data loss

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking in question.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
